Information covered under this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information (which may include personally identifiable information and any “personal identifiers”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our services.  It does not apply to information obtained or disclosed in offline correspondence, through other personal contacts with CCM representatives or through the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage.  For clarity, this policy explicitly does not cover the privacy practices of any entity with whom CCM (or any of our affiliates) has an investment relationship. CCM and associated service providers may collect, hold and use potential investors’ personal information to assess applications and provide services to investors and for other permitted purposes.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us:
CCM does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to the publicly available areas of its website including names, addresses, phone numbers or social security numbers. If you submit an inquiry to us through our website or to info@cartwrightcm.com.au, we may collect your email address for purposes of responding only.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse and loss from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may hold your information in either electronic or hard copy form. Any personal information held that is no longer needed, or required to be retained by any other laws, is destroyed in a secure manner, deleted or de-identified as appropriate.

Information Collected Automatically
We could automatically receive information regarding your usage of the services, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our services and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our services are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features.  If you click on a link to a third party website or service, a third party may also transmit cookies to you.  Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices.
